Abstract :
Punishment and crime have a history, that is, when the crime is committed, the date of the sentence begins. The philosophy is that society should be free from crime. In fact, the motive for the punishment was revenge. In some civilizations and offenses, reform of the offender is the basis of the Islamic law. The basic sources of Islamic law are those which are the main source: the Qur'an, i.e. the revelation and the Sunnah of the Prophet - the consensus of the consensus of the Muslims, and the reasoning of the common man. In this sense, like all Islamic laws, the concept of Islam is derived from the criminal and criminal law boundaries. These four elements are based on the Islamic law, where it exists on a very strong and sustainable basis.
