Abstract :

Punishment and crime have a history, that is, when the crime is committed, the date of the sentence begins. The philosophy is that society should be free from crime. In fact, the motive for the punishment was revenge. In some civilizations and offenses, reform of the offender is the basis of the Islamic law. The basic sources of Islamic law are those which are the main source: the Qur'an, i.e. the revelation and the Sunnah of the Prophet - the consensus of the consensus of the Muslims, and the reasoning of the common man. In this sense, like all Islamic laws, the concept of Islam is derived from the criminal and criminal law boundaries. These four elements are based on the Islamic law, where it exists on a very strong and sustainable basis. The rules that apply to the concept of criminal convictions are based on correction and reconciliation. Therefore, perpetrators do not have the vengeance of retribution. These punishments are intended to improve society's collective bargaining and to avoid damages for any criminal offenses. Consequently, Islamic punishments are subjected to brutality and brutality. Of course, the Qur'an does not ease the rights of the culprit. However, this does not mean that the culprits should be rained down by storms and indiscriminate raindrops. But that does not mean that the punishment should be reduced as a matter of relaxation, and that the punishment should be reduced to a lesser degree. Abstract :

God proposes a system of regulations to guide the life of man; ‘these are presented in the form of commandments to be accepted and implemented by man. But God also makes certain promises of what He will do in the event of man's willingness to abide by these commands and regulate his life according to them. Obedience to Allah in itself is not the purpose because obedience from Mankind is of no benefit to Allah. Neither does Man’s disobedience result in any loss or harm to Allah. In fact, obedience to Allah is a way to train and educate Man and its gains and losses are evident in man’s individual and collective life. Therefore, the purpose of obedience to Allah is for Mankind’s benefit, Divine laws and its obedience determine the limits of Man’s outer and inner life. A firm faith requires that Man conquers his inner self and follows the sharīᶜah. This is because Allah’s every injunction has benefit for Man, which Man, with his limited intelligence, cannot fathom. This article targets the rewards of obedience and punishments in case of disobedience of Divine laws revealed in Torah and Quran, which are already mentioned in divine scriptures, along with this the article sheds light on the philosophy of commandments in both divine scriptures (Torah and Quran)

Abstract :

In Saghani's Arabic lexicography, the services are acknowledged by the literary people, but we have to admit the fact that despite Saghani's kindness, no one paid any attention to his services. And most importantly, Saghani belonged to the Pak-Wa Hindh region and has done a great service to Arabic language and literature on the part of India. Not only did he do lexicography work, but he was the first to introduce the science of hadith in India. In this respect, Saghani was well versed in all sciences and arts. Although Saghani's lexicography is completely new and excellent, especially Dr. Ahmad Khan's PhD dissertation on Saghani. However, it ignores the application of Saghani's lexicography. And the source of Saghani is not discussed in Dr. Nassar who has compiled the Tarikh Maajam. Among them are the complete references to the names of the poets, the authenticity of the poems, the names of the men, the names of the children, the names and translations of the companions and the narrators, as well as many poems and poems by the authentic narrators. Abstract :

Ahadees are the very eloquent statements of the Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W.) in the expressive and unambiguous Arabic language Just like the Holy Qura'an. Since its very beginning the Islamic Scholars have served the Arabic language, Because of their love with and insist interpretation of the Qura'nic and Hadees language Arabic. So the Ahadees are in the focus and epicenter of many rhetorical discourses and of these, one is "iltifat". In the words of rhetoricians the word "iltifat" means interpreting from one perspective or focus of meaning to another perspective or focus of meaning i.e. from first person to second or third person, or vice versa, similarly, from plural to singular or dual, or vice versa, and from past to future, or vice versa and from informative to predicative etc. "Al iltifat" has many advantages, i.e.: 1. it brings novelty in expression 2. it creates emphasis in rhetorical speech as it should be 3. to communicate the purpose of speaker 4. to intend the hyperbolic way of speech By an adequate understanding of "iltifat" in the Ahadees of Al-Jamie Al-Saheeh Muslim, we can easily infer that Ahadees of the Holy Prophet (S.A.W.) are very eloquent and the most rhetorical statements in all over the Arabic statements. Author(s):Dr. Muhammad Imran/Dr. Naeem Badshah

Abstract :

This article is proposed to expose the distinctive reformist patterns, which began in the early period of Mughals. The logic behind this research is to find the reasons and the logical spheres that created these clashing tendencies and highlight the goals of the reformist philosophies. With the appearance of Islam, fresh and innovative measurements were included in the historical scenario of India through a social connection which turned out to be progressively noticeable with time. In India, the Muslim regime set up by the Arabs, the Turks, and the Afghans. Islam had a mainstream claim because of the effect of Sufi contemplations and the rulers extended their political sovereignty in India generally by the military triumphs. Their relations with the Hindus were commonly founded on value and equity excepting a rare sort of people who detested worshipful admiration. This article highlights how the eighteenth century further denoted the quick deterioration of Muslims. Socially, morally and mentally, it was a sharp decay and a condition of the insolvency of human and Islamic norms. Evils and bribery, conspiracies, and fraud were uncontrolled. Muslim society was uncreative and debauched. The radical tendencies started to take a new and characterized shape notwithstanding impacts coming out of the ascent of different new realms and the quick expanding British mastery after the passing of Aurangzaib. The gulf between the Shareat and Tareqat was not a new one. The reformist belief s

Author(s):Dr. Riaz Ahmad Saeed/Muhammad Ashfaq

Abstract :

Modern or Liberal Approach is one of the most vital and prevailing Western approach and trends towards freedom of expression and other liberties and rights. Most of the Western scholars and jurists have been agreed on legal boundaries and restriction on freedom of expression but now with the arrival of modern liberal theory, they are advocating absolute concept of individual liberties. But according to classical western scholars, absolute freedom is not suitable for state and society both. You must bind the freedom with some legal limits.
